Our membership plan is designed specifically for families and individuals without dental insurance. It is available exclusively at our office and cannot be combined with dental insurance.

Children’s membership (Ages 0–12)
Everything your child needs to maintain a healthy, growing smile.
- 2 comprehensive or periodic exams per year
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 2 fluoride treatments per year
- Necessary diagnostic X-rays
- 1 limited exam with X-ray per year
- 15% off all dental treatment
*Excludes nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF).
Teen & adult membership (Ages 13+)
Comprehensive preventive care with added savings for ongoing treatment.
- 2 comprehensive or periodic exams per year

This is a dental discount membership plan, not dental insurance.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the enrollment date.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Discounts apply only while membership is active.
Services performed by outside specialists, hospital fees, and anesthesia are not included.
